Acupressure  - Acupressure is a healing modality based on the principles of acupuncture. The fingers and hands are used in place of needles to stimulate acupuncture points.

Acupuncture - Acupuncture is a form of treatment used in both Traditional and Classical Chinese Medicine. Acupuncture is based on the principle that there are energetic pathways, or channels, throughout the body that influence associated internal organs and structures. Energy from these pathways surfaces at various points on the body, identified as acupuncture points. Each of these acupuncture points serves as a tunnel, or access route, to the deeper circulatory channels within. Extremely fine gauge needles are inserted at selected points, stimulating these points and thereby activating the body’s natural healing abilities.

Ayurvedic Remedies - Ayurvedic medicine is a system of healing that originated in ancient India. Biofeedback - Biofeedback is a technique that uses monitoring instruments to measure and feed back information about muscle tension, heart rate, sweat responses, skin temperature, or brain activity.Terms associated with biofeedback include applied psychophysiology or behavioral physiology. It is also viewed as a mind-body therapy method used in complementary and alternative medicine. Biofeedback is an important part of understanding the relationship between physical state and thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Body Work - Body work refers to therapies such as massage, deep tissue manipulation, movement awareness, and energy balancing - a general collection of modalities, all of which improve the structure and functioning of the human body.

Breath Work - This method is marked by its focus on the breath. The practitioner guides the client through a breathing process. Breath work rejuvenates the body and mind and can release emotional memories that are stored in the body.

Chakra Clearing - Chakras are etheric but very real energy centers within and around your body. You may “see,” “feel” or experience the chakras as spinning (in a clockwise direction) vortexes of energy, or spinning balls of light. There are hundreds of chakras throughout the body, but most traditions focus on the 7 major chakras, from the root to the crown. Chakra Clearing is used to balance the chakra's.

Chinese Medicine - An Asian system of healing that focuses on achieving internal balance. Practitioners use methods such as acupuncture,  herbal preparations, food therapy, massage and exercise (Qi Gong or Tai Chi) to restore the flow of Qi (vital energy) and the balance of Yin and Yang.
